Access to Justice
The focus of our work includes assisting formal and informal sector actors to provide fair and equal service to all citizens, including the poor and the marginalized, to help create the conditions for security, equitability and certainty in communities. Our work involves strengthening national and sub-national systems and institutions that administer justice formally, and strengthening the critical roles of non-government actors involved in advocating for and supporting equitable and affordable access to justice.
