Glenn Crannage said "The integration of GJS with WDScott provides a fantastic opportunity to extend the recognition of Global Justice Solutions as a key ‘go to' point for law and justice consulting services on the international stage. Leveraging WDScott's core offerings in project management, executive recruitment and development and high-tech solutions will also mean a broader suite of integrated solutions for existing and new clients".
The acquisition was unanimously supported by the GJS management team and all GJS directors and staff came across to WDScott. GJS will trade as Global Justice Solutions, a WDScott group company.
